Born into a family of creative bohemians and artists, Josh's first steps towards the world of film began after high school, where he worked as stand-by props on local and international feature films, TV shows and big-budget commercials. He soon turned his gaze towards directing music videos, where his forays were met with a shower of accolades. His talents then led him to the realm of commercials, where he secured his first Cannes Lion in 1996.
